Our Story
Founded in 1959 by Harry Ardizzone in Indianapolis, Ardizzone Enterprises has evolved from a small residential renovation company into one of the leading multi-family general contractors in Indiana and beyond. With over six decades of experience, we have built a reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation in the multifamily construction industry.
From our early days focusing on residential renovations, we expanded into commercial painting, drywall, sandblasting, and epoxy coating. Today, we specialize in comprehensive multi-family projects. Whether it’s a extensive exterior renovation or rapid interior unit upgrades, we bring a personalized approach and a dedication to quality that sets us apart. Our commitment to excellence has allowed us to successfully complete projects across multiple states, setting industry records along the way such as completing 575 interior unit upgrades in just five days.
Now, with the third generation of the Ardizzone family actively involved in the company, we continue to build on our legacy of excellence. This new generation brings fresh perspectives and innovative approaches while upholding the core values that have defined our success. Our deep-rooted commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction remains stronger than ever as we look toward the future, ensuring that Ardizzone Enterprises continues to lead the industry in multifamily construction and rehabilitation.
