We took on the challenge of renovating 304 apartment units, including both occupied and unoccupied spaces, to elevate the living experience for residents. Our project included strategic floor plan changes to optimize layouts, along with the installation of new cabinets and laminate countertops that bring a fresh, modern touch to each unit. We added washers and dryers for added convenience and upgraded the interiors with new flooring, lighting fixtures, and bathroom vanities, ensuring a cohesive and stylish finish throughout. Whether occupied or unoccupied, each unit was transformed with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, ready to provide a modern and comfortable home for residents.
