We completed extensive exterior renovations on 37 buildings in Indianapolis, ensuring each structure received a thorough and professional update. Our work included installing new roofs on all buildings, complete with new synthetic felt, vents, vent caps, and boot flashing to enhance durability and weather resistance. We meticulously caulked, trimmed, and painted all exterior siding, giving each building a fresh, polished look. Additionally, we replaced 730 common hall windows and upgraded 87 entry doors, significantly improving the buildings’ appearance and functionality. These renovations reflect our dedication to quality and detail, enhancing the overall curb appeal and performance of the properties.
